Total Experience is 10 + Yrs Instrumentation Experience in Refinery, Petrochemicals and Oil & Gas Plant .Onshore Specialties: Construction & Commissioning , loop checking ,Pre- commissioning , Calibration Maintenance & Start- Up Activities

Testing and commissioning On-off valves (Neles jems burry, Bettis, Automation, Automac) Pressure switch, Level Switch, Flow switch & Temperature switch of different makes. Vibration transmitter (Bentley Nevada). Handled calibration equipments like Druck, Unomat, Calibrators, Dead weight tester, Temperature calibrator (jofra), document calibrator (Fluke 702), HART Communicator 375& 475.

Knowledge of P&ID, Hook-up, Logic & Schematic drawings. Coordinates activities with mechanical/Instrument disciplines where necessary and includes isolating electrical equipments and signing permits. Participates in EH&S promotional programs.
10 years (experience): Experience in Modern Process Control Instrumentation of Refinery, Petrochemical and Oil/gas industries at various positions in India and Abroad. Involved in, Commissioning and Start up as well as Maintenance activities in different location. Gained very good experience in Routine Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance and Corrective as well as Shutdown Maintenance in different facilities, Well Experience in fault find-ing, troubleshooting and start up of process control instrument, equipment in process plant. Aware of permit to work, Standard Maintenance Procedure, Safety procedure required to carry out safe and smooth job in Industries. Worked in different type of activities related to Commissioning, Trouble Shooting, Overhauling, Loop checking, Calibration and Maintenance of various kinds of Electronics, Pneumatic and Hydraulic instruments. PROJECT EXPERIENCE
• Correction of wiring termination in the junction box cabinet & instrument technical room (ITR).
• Doing as build on the instrument loop diagram (ILD) & mark up for any changes or discrepancies.
• Use the permit to work system before work on the assign system & sub-system.
• Making the Instrument test report (ITR-B) for every loop completed.
• Involve in the tri-party walk down with the client.
• Assist on vendor to test the skid system communication to ICSS (Integrated Control Safety System).
