With the valuable experience gained from various job environments, I have possessed through knowledge in Sr. Document Controller / QA_QC Document Controller job. My dedicated and sincere services performed in various units/departments.

1. Working as a Sr. Document Controller in GASCO Sulphur Channel Project, including supporting to prepare and submit to client all kind of QA/QC and Safety documents such as, Method Statements, HSE Documents, Risk Assessments, ITP’s & QCP’s, Quality Management Docs and Project Management Docs.
2. Preparing Transmittals and submission to the Client and file (hard & soft copy) and receipt acknowledgement.
3. Typing and delivering all outgoing letters for client and 3rd party and file (hard & soft copy) and receipt acknowledgement.
4. Submission letter for NOC (No Objection Certificates).
5. Preparing Entry Permit form and submit all the required documents to the Port Authority for issuing Entry Permit for the Ships and the supporting Vessels entering & working in this project.
6. Preparing and keeping logs such as with hyperlink :
a) Incoming and Outgoing Correspondence
b) Incoming and Outgoing Transmittals
c) Monitoring Vessel Certificate’s Expiry dates for renew the certificates on time to the submit Port Authority for Entry Permit.
d) Purchase Requisition Log
e) NOC Register (No Objection Certificate)
f) RFI Register (Request for Inspection)
g) MTR Register (Material Test Request)
h) NCR Register (Non Conformance Report)
i) Drawing Register
j) 3rd Party Incoming and Outgoing Correspondence

7. Scanning all the documents (incoming & outgoing) and Maintain the server with a professional touch up.
