Responsibilities included:
• Assistance in managing routine production operations including complex technical issues, up-grading of existing facilities and resolution of production related problems to ensure optimum production of oil and gas to the customers

• Assistance during FEED, construction and commissioning of company’s production facilities in Pakistan

• Handling of technical and commercial correspondence with the JV Partners, government authorities, clients, contractors/ vendors etc

• Review, analysis, maintenance and surveillance of production and reserves data

• Assistance during execution of economic/financial analysis of company’s assets including new business opportunities - Greenfield / Brownfield developments and asset/corporate acquisitions and divestments etc

• Preparation and monitoring of OPEX & CAPEX budgets for the company’s production facilities in Pakistan

• Provision of assistance in the preparation of Work Plans, presentations for Technical workshops, TCMs, OCMs and Business Review meetings

• Preparation, monitoring and finalization of agreements/contracts including GSAs, COSA, PCAs, JOAs, Supplemental Agreements and GPAs

Projects Included:
• Debottlenecking/Optimization and Augmentation in the processing capacity of one of the company’s production facility from 20MMscfd to 43MMscfd gas
• Conceptual proposal for setting up a hydrocarbon processing facility (Refinery) in KPK, Pakistan
• Utilization of Low pressure/Flared gases in Pakistan
• Abnormal Condensate Transportation Losses – An internal audit report
• Report on condensate pricing based on yield analysis
• Study with respect to option of financing additional crude transportation infrastructure through carbon credits
• Winter gas Load Management & required debottlenecking of the gas transmission system in the country
• Prospects of Ethylene Production in Pakistan
• Process Hazard Analysis of existing production facilities
• Produced Water disposal study of TAL Concession area in KPK, Pakistan
• Implementation of Maximo CMMS into company’s production operations
