•Plan, implement and monitor HSE matters of daily operations.
•Secretary for daily Vessel Safety Coordination Committee meeting.
•Organize inspections and its follow-ups, advising management on matters pertaining to HSE.
•Handle and assist chemical safety storage requisition and usage based on Globally Harmonized System
•Responsible for implementing incident prevention activities in all level of management.
•Encourage safety culture by coordinating and advising on Safety improvement in all Projects.
•Carry out schedule and unscheduled inspection in the yard and rigs.
•Approve and certify permit to work. (Hot-works, confine space works and all other works.)
•Investigate all industrial accidents and propagate on lesson learnt from incidents to prevent reoccurrence.
•Maintaining and updating of Safety Management Systems with regards to current regulations, procedures and compliance with Company’s QHSE expectations.
•Maintaining of line production systems in regards to quality and safety system relevant to ISO9001, ISO14001 & OHSAS 18001 standards.
•Lead and assist the CERT Team
•Conduct drills, training programs for the CERT Team members.
