EXPERIENCE DETAILS
1. Abroad Experience: 3 Months
Currently working as Site engineer in Maintenance for KHAFJI JOINT OPERATIONS (AGOC-KGOC) from February 2013 with work visit visa.
Client: KHAFJI JOINT OPERATIONS (A JOINT VENTURE BY SAUDI ARAMCO & KUWAIT GULF OIL COMPANY).
Contractor: AL JALHAMI TRADING AND CONTRACTING COMPANY.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Supervision, monitoring and coordinating of all shutdown activities which include maintenance, inspection and testing of gas plant.
• Coordination and liaising with owner /client for shutdown preparation and activities.
• Close supervision, coordinating and Extraction of U Tube and straight tube bundles of exchangers, using Bundle puller.
• Inspection of U tube bundles for corrosion and witness NDE examination where required.
• Overhaul, servicing and inspection of Static Equipment.
• Servicing of various types of rotating equipment such as valves, pumps and compressors.
• Maintenance of all major static equipments like heat exchangers, fin fan coolers, columns, and pressure vessels.
• Maintenance of high pressure shell and tube heat exchanger involving cleaning of fouled tubes with the help of high pressure pumps/ water jetting up to 20,000 PSI pressure with the help of power lance and with the help of hydrokinetic method.
• Hydro testing for high pressure vessels and shell and tube heat Exchangers.
• Supervision of scaffolding erection safe for use.
• Final handover of shutdown activities and documents



2. Experience in India: One Year.
Worked as Graduate Trainee Engineer at The Kerala Minerals & Metals Ltd, Chavara, Kollam, Kerala.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Installation, Commissioning and maintenance of various mechanical equipments like Blowers, Furnace & Pumps.
• Supervision of Piping & various Quality Control activities related to Mechanical Equipments.
• Non Destructive Tests.
• Investigate equipment failures and its fault diagnosis for making recommendations to the maintenance crew.
