Administrating network LAN,WAN,WINTEL technologies,Exchange servers,LYNC servers

-installation, administrating and maintenance of all IT&C systems: networks LAN&WAN, Windows 2008/2012 servers, desktop, digital phone systems, radio stations, printing equipment, security politics in IT&C systems;
-administrating the data transmission systems through satellite and wireless: VPN, voice, VoIP between Campina headquarters and hydroelectric power stations in North Muntenia, connection with the providers of services;
-administration and support experience with Microsoft Exchange 2010 mail servers: Client Access, HUB Transport, Mailbox, Unified Messaging server role; IBM Lotus Domino mail servers; Microsoft LYNC 2010 server;
-designing, implementing and managing DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, establishing the users’ access rights, the data structure, organizing the files and databases, algorithms and the operating system, the procedures of automatic process and network configuration, monitoring network traffic and connected equipment;
-virtualization technologies: VMware(VSphere,VCenter,Workstation), HyperV(Cloud&Datacenter,SystemCenter 2012)
-identify and implementing solutions to problems affecting IT services, providing 1st/ 2nd and 3rd level support;
-Server Backup/Storage Management (installation, configuration, upgrade) SAN/NAS;
-integrated ERP system administration, monitoring and management ERP on cloud infrastructure (access rights, changes in application, inquiries, entering new functions, reports editing, enhancing, back-up, data transmission);
-installing/testing applications, antivirus, antispam, antispyware, data transfer, backup, disaster recovery, diagnosis of hardware and software at computers and automatic equipment;
-installation, configuration, operation of the PLC&SCADA, process computers, converters, transducers: Siemens, Schneider, Allen Bradley, Sensonics, ABB, WINPAC;
-database administration: Progress, 4GL, SQL and operating systems: Windows 8, 7, Vista, XP, Windows 2k, UNIX, Solaris, Windows server 2003/2008/2012;
