Duties & Responsibilities

• Erection of Pipe Spools and Supports as per Isometrics.
• Ensure Qualified welders and welding consumables as per Qualified WPS & PQR are only used to perform weld.
• Ensure correct Size & Schedule of pipes are used and rectification/Modification is done as per approved procedures.
• To ensure NDT requirements are fulfilled as per ITP & project requirement.
• Ensure Correct Purging, Cleaning of pipes are done as specified in specification.
• Line checking of pipes to ensure Pipes, Fittings, Accessories, Supports are as per drawing and Specs.
• Isometric Control Sheet Review
• Discrebancies arising on Site are solved in co-ordination with seniors.
• Checking for Hydrotesting of Lines and re-instatement after clearance.
• Inspecting for cleaning of Spools after hydrotesting and before erection in case of Flanged connections.
• Test Packs completion and issuing Punchlists and closing punclists after completion of punchlists.
