-Seventeen Years hands-on experiences in operation of Utilities and Process plants.Experience working in three annual turnaround and one major turnaround which includes
1) Flare system
2) Catalyst unloading /loading in high pressure reactors
3) Cumene hydro peroxide Oxidizers
4) Both Oil and gas fired furnaces
5) Bulk storages ( LPG spheres; Propylene ,Propane, Hydrogen and Nitrogen Bullets ; Benzene, phenol and acetone floating roof and fixed cone roof tanks )
6) Vacuum and pressure distillation Columns/towers
7) Different types of Reboilers, Heat exchangers, coolers, condensers etc

Experience as IIF coach during the precommissioning period in QSGTL and attended the train the trainer programme conducted by PMJ
Trained as a member of FIT team in QSGTL during the commissioning phase
Experiece in training the new joiners in operations and HSSE matters in the previous organisation

Experience as a trainer in Enviornment Management Sytem during implementation of ISO 14000 in my previous organisation.

Experience as a FAT operator and was a part of the QSGTL Utilities FAT team in United Kingdom
