Possess a solid working knowledge of down hole completion tools and wide techniques of Artificial Lift Systems with particulars electrical submersible pumps for oil and water production as well as demonstrating strong commercial acumen. Managerial experience includes assisting in all aspects of the career development of field personnel whilst also ensuring that a legal entity is fully established and operates efficiently. Key accomplishments include successfully trained and developed sales engineers and applications engineers, establishment of electrical submersible well testing department, and establishment of a full legal entity in order to secure ESP business that operates efficiently. Review of tender documents and preparation of proposals and bids whilst reviewing contracts terms and conditions.
