 Procurement of Raw Materials, Mechanical Equipment’s like Pumps, Agitators etc and Steels like MS Plates, angles, channels etc, Civil Construction items like Breaker, Scabbler, Drilling machines etc.
 Worked as a Core team member in Implementation of SAP in the Organization.
 Working as a SAP support member in the organization.
 Acts as an Internal Auditor during ISO audits.
 Participates in Request for Quotations bidding and selection process.
 Creating, maintaining and supplementing a data base of vendors from whom customer’s orders are filled.
 Making Purchase Orders in SAP.
 Negotiating with supplier on price and techno-commercial terms.
 Co-ordination with concern departments and keeping records of purchase order, inquiry, quotation’s, supplier invoices and payment of vendors.
 Independently handling complete activity of purchase dept. & coordination with team members.
 Tracking and expediting orders already placed
 Sourcing merchandise and services, negotiating price and determining delivery time, freight costs and payment terms.
 Searches for new reliable and alternative vendors or suppliers to provide goods at reasonable prices and who can satisfy the requester’s requirements.
 Ensure that Purchased products conforms requirements.
 Monitoring the Establishments and implement the inspection or other activities necessary for ensuring that the purchased product needs specified purchase requirements.
 Regular follow-ups for Delivery requirements.
 Ensured implementation of approved method statement for procurement of materials & services as per PDO specifications & ensure the smooth running of procurement system following good ethical practices.
