PROFILE FOR TAURAI MUPARADZI

OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT, ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT, BANKING OPERATIONS, CHANGE MANAGEMENT AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT

I have extensive banking experience covering Treasury Operations, Retail Banking and Credit Risk Management. I have also acquired project planning and management, human resources management, administration, strategic management and public finance management knowledge through my studies. I also have in-depth strategic leadership experience in a team of more than 20 employees. Six years of my work experience demanded strong cognitive abilities in formulating solutions to difficult and fast changing problems.

I hold a Bachelor of Science Honors Degree in Administration (UZ), a Diploma in Business Administration, Executive certificates in Credit Management and Treasury Management. I have also completed taught classes for my Masters in Public Administration

I am a man seeking opportunities in the financial services sector, telecommunications sector, NGO sector, public sector and relevant private sector organizations with emphasis on banking operations; administration; procurement; project planning and management, operations, strategic management; business development and re-engineering, change management and human resources management. I am a holder of a Bachelor of Science Honors degree in Administration from the University of Zimbabwe with a 2.1 overall class, a Diploma in Business Administration, an Executive Certificate in Credit Management, an ACI Treasury Operations Certificate, and an Executive Certificate in Treasury Management. I have banking experience with Barclays Bank of Zimbabwe and Interfin (CFX) bank covering Retail banking, Administration, Credit risk, Treasury Dealing and Treasury Operations. I have undertaken research on Poverty alleviation through sustainable rural communities’ development. I am in my final year of study for a Masters in Public Administration degree at the University of Zimbabwe and I have completed taught classes on 6 June 2013 and my ambition is to start my CIMA studies by June 2013.
