Professional Experience
I am maintenance engineer in C.N.G field (Full Time) and my responsiblities are:
1- My work is concerned with performing any types of maintenance works for high pressure reciprocating compressors (Gemini, Ariel, Safe, Aspro and IMW) which can reach 220 bar (Car Fill Pressure) and natural gas engines like G3406, G3306 (CAT) and H24GL (Waukesha).
2- Handling any fault or alarm any time any where. I am responsilble for 11 stations in middle delta region.
3- Writing technical reports with recommendations to avoid a repeat of the problem in the future.
4- Responsible for two maintenance teams and Coordination of Business between them.
5- Follow-up and implementation of the following plans:
* Preventive maintenance plan for compressors and engines.
* Safety valve calibration (Yearly).
* Cleaning gas and water cooler outwardly(every 3 months).
* Greasing main electric motors.
* Adding Chemical additives (anti-rust and remove rust) into water cooling cycles. (monthly).
* Safety equipment check (every 3 months).
6- Participating in constructing 3 new stations and increasing power for 5 stations till 1/1/2013.
7- Ability to perform major overhaul for any type of reciprocating compressors (Gemini, Ariel, Safe, Aspro and IMW).
8- Technical support for other regions (Alex. Region and Canal region).
9- Preparing material requisitions and controlling stock level.

-Graduation Project: Central Air Conditioning (Excellent 90%).

-Cooling Loads Calculation.

-Fan Total Pressure and Power.
-Units Selection (AHU, Chiller and Air Grilles).
-Water System Design and Configration.
-I have finished Preliminary MA since 2/2012.

-Training at Salesian Institute (Don Bosco) for 3 months with total hours 360 hours working in engine maintence (electrical engine circuit and fuel system for both spark and compression engine), assembly and disassembly
-Training at Egyptian International Motors Company for 3 weeks.
-Training at oils and soap company for 3 weeks (heat exchangers, centrifugal pumps and cooling towers).
-Training course at Technology Competency Center in the module "Basic Hydraulic" understanding hydraulic circuits (components and their benefits).
