Duties and responsibilities

I have basic knowledge about Ware Housing, I receive material as per packing list and check and keep in the racks and yards. I know types of material such as Duplex, carbon steel, A333/ A106, stainless steel 316, Galvanized material pipe and all fittings, and my responsibilities are
Sort, process, re-tag, organize, and store all incoming material.
Received material and hand over to area supervisor’s department (e.g.) Mechanical Electrical & Instrument.

at sawan gas field compression project.

Duties and responsibilities

• I have basic knowledge about Ware Housing, I receive material as per packing list and check and keep in the racks and yards. I know types of material such as Duplex, carbon steel, A333/ A106, stainless steel 316, Galvanized material pipe and all fittings, and my responsibilities are also to issue material along with an issuing Voucher for my record.
• Receive incoming material and put at Yard or inside Ware House.
Sort, process, re-tag, organize, and store all incoming material.
• Use stand-up forklift to reach overhead.
• Ensure quality control/ inspection measures.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Able to work in all areas of production.
• Performs work as assigned by department supervisor.
• Perform other related duties and assignments.
• Receive parts, equipments, and repair materials from International or Orders/Goods Received Notes.
• Classify and arrange parts, equipments, supplies and tools properly tagged & with proper bin number in the store.
• Enter quantity/number, and description of parts and materials issued on repair orders.
• Ensure that every issue is received in writing by the receiver.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports of items received/issued and stock to submit Sales Manager.
• Maintain computerized records in the system of all receipts and issues.
• Second Stock:
• Prepare Stock receipt voucher.
• Prepare monthly stock list.
• Manage stock maximum/minimum
• Levels and reorder quantities to ensure operational needs are meeting through analyzing and forecasting demand of stock items.

2. FIVE months course of Computer information and technology from NARA Computer training centre Choodiko.
