Payments, Bank reconciliation, Verification of invoices

□ Ensuring that all payments are made to suppliers within & managing Accounts
□ Conducting ageing analysis of the payables
□ Preparing bills payable and handling outstanding A/P
□ Preparing Debit notes for sister concerns and follow up for payments
□ Supplier advance reconciliation and bank reconciliation end of every month
□ Month end Accruals
□ Bank Reconciliation
□ Liaison with all the banks with whom operative accounts are maintained
□ Arranging and diverting funds where the need arises
□ Sending the cash flow statement to the management

□ Assisting AFC in GL reconciliation
□ Interacting with statutory / internal auditors for various financial transactions
□ Taxation & Compliance
□ Computing & arranging for timely deposit of taxes
□ Filing the returns for completion of assessment and ensuring statutory compliance
□ Controlling the compliance as per the accounting standards and statutory rules
□ Checking bills with order, receipt of material, certification & approvals; tracking invoice;
□ Dealing with all supplier queries
□ Working with multi currencies & liaising with senior management & external suppliers
□ Engaged in monthly fixed payments.
□ Served as Receiving Supervisor with receiving department
□ Coordinating with the cost control department for the month end inventory
□ Assit. CA in Posting of Earing Journal, General Cashier Report and Petty cash in the
system.
