• Over 31 years of experience including nearly 2 years of entrepreneur experience in Execution & Leadership, Revenue & P/L Management , Performance Improvement, Budget Planning & Execution, Accounting/Costing, IT Application Management/ Infrastructure, Real estate management, Systems Implementation, Marketing & Sales, Project Management, PR management, HR management, Vendor Management, Process Plant & terminal Operations, BPR Initiatives, Safety & Quality etc.
• Adept in IT Infrastructure Management, Technology Resource Administration with experience of establishing vendor networks, forging strategic alliances & partnerships.
• Sound working experience in Oil Terminal operations, Gas Plant Operation, Petrochemicals, various refinery process plants and IT/SAP ERP systems.
• Significant experience of working with customers, project managers, contractors, vendors and technical teams for securing & executing concurrent projects within time frame and budgets.
• Experience in handling 6 million tonnes of Crude refinery’s Crude Distillation Unit, Vaccum Distillation Unit, Hexane maximisation plant, oil movement terminal, Loading Jetty, Furnaces (balanced, forced, natural draft), Pressurised LPG plant & bottling area, Asphalts plants, storage and drumming plants etc.
• An ambassador of Change with the distinction of successful business process re-structuring & reengineering, implementation of business solutions in organizations within preset budgets and deadlines.
