Six week industrial training in “Sitara Energy Limited”Faisalabad in July-August 2002.
Working experience in “Sitara Energy Limited” Faisalabad (Nigata Diesel Power Plant (as an “Asstt. Electrician” from 20-04-04 to 17-06-06 .Worked in Maintenance and Operation side.
Working experience in “Masco Energy Services” (Waukesha Gas Engines) as a “Field Superintendent”. And performed Maintenance, troubleshooting, and startup jobs in Electrical as well as mechanical and Computer side from 01-06-06 to 27-09-12.
Working experience in “GENCOM Engineering Services” as a “Field Superintendent E&I” from 22-09-12 to date. Worked on Waukesha Engines and AG compressors at OIL and GAS sectors.
Successfully Commissioned and startup of following compressor packages at PIRKOH GAS FIELD, OIL and GAS DEVELOPMENT COMPANY LIMITED BALOUCHISTAN, PAKISTAN.
i. AG Compressor Package Job # 10121, Ariel Compressor Model JGZ-4, Waukesha Gas Engine 16V275GL with Murphy Panel Control System.
ii. AG Compressor Package Job # 10122, Ariel Compressor Model JGZ-4, Waukesha Gas Engine 16V275GL with Murphy Panel Control System.
Performed:- Complete loop/cold test of all equipments, operation test with respect to electrical and air system, All safeties test regarding engines and compressors, Complete modifications regarding both Waukesha engines (i.e. Replacement of both sides exhaust manifolds, Turbochargers, and Intercooler expansion bellows. Replacement of Jacket water and auxiliary water system piping, Replacement of waste gate actuator and heater block with Oxygen sensor assembly).
Successfully Commissioned and startup of AG Compressor package Job # 12254 (Ariel Compressor Model JGH/4, Waukesha Gas Engine Model F3521G with Murphy Panel Control System) at PAKISTAN PETROLEUM LIMITED ADHI GAS FIELD PUNJAB, PAKISTAN
