Responsible for power generation, performance monitoring and maintenance of 10.5MW capacity Captive Power Plant during shifts, including start up, shut down and trouble shooting.
Planning & executing preventive maintenance schedule of Diesel Generators for enhancing equipment reliability & availability, checking machine breakdowns, faults/defects etc.
Synchronizing the DG’s with one another and with the Grid supply.
Immediate start-up of DG’s without any delay and synchronizing the breakers as per the requirement.
To maintain operational records and logs of normal operations of plant.
To efficiently and effectively handle operational disturbances and all mechanical aspects of the Power plant.
To ensure uninterrupted quality power to the customer.

Overhauling of SU 820, FOPX, MMPX AND LOPX Separators.
Repair/Maintenance/troubleshooting of Pu mps, air compressors, cooling towers, heat recovery units.
Cylinder head overhauling, charge air coolers and fuel injectors of Wartsila W6L26 4-stroke Diesel generators.
Overhauling of Napier turbochargers for Wartsila 6L26 4-stroke Diesel generators.
