Main responsibilities is people management for the teams. Legal Responsibility as a 16.2 appointee for the responsibility of the maintenance of the Burners & Sootblowers & Fuel Oil Systems.

Steam plant shutdowns (Total and Phase Shutdowns 2006-2013)
Coordination and planning
Safety of all personnel on site
PDA’s for unplanned/emergency jobs
Recommended repairs
Task Risk Assessments
Plant walks, inspections and job observations
Building of scope for inspections and boiler data capturing
Ordering of shutdown required material
Pipe repair documentation
Issue of report for the deviations found by the team during the shutdown
 Task risk assessment updating and reviewing for all plant maintenance procedures
Team management and people development
Equipment procurement and maintenance
Carrying out maintenance strategies according to schedule
Asset management & Business excellence support
Involvement in plant related Hazop, PFD & MFD reviews
Behavior based safety hazard identifications and removals
Personnel impacts
Personnel time management and payroll inputs via SAP
Personnel PPE issuing for all requirements
