Since yr.2010 I am working as Chief Engineer (Production) and at present I am responsible for HSE related activities of the platform as HSE Manager since 2008.
I am delivering the best to comply with the company policy and procedures and contractual requirement.


2003- 2008
Worked as production engineer and company (ONGC) representative to the FPSO (Crystal Sea) at Mumbai high oil field.
This was the first FPSO ever worked in India.
Prior to this I was responsible for Commissioning and smooth running of offshore platform MNW, consisting of the processes like water injection, gas compression and power generation etc. was also responsible for safety of the plant and different certifications relating to safety, health, environment and quality etc.

1999-2003
Marketing of gas and other value added products like naphtha, gasoline etc. I was also looking after the court cases relating to company dues from gas consumers. This was onshore assignment.

1991-1999 Responsible for custody transfer of crude oil from ONGC to IOC (Gujarat Refinery).
Processes like oil metering, sampling, analysis, Pig launching / receiving & billing etc.
I was responsible to ensure that all operations are completed efficiently in time. With due care to the health, safety, environment and welfare of all personnel.
1983-1991 Work over oil rig operations like well completion, GLVS installation, fishing, well activation etc.
Responsibility of operations planning to ensure minimum downtime and maximum efficiency.
1984 to 1987 I was associated with Russian crew for the above operations.
I always tried to motivate a multi-cultural work force.
