A.Reliance Industries Ltd.-Vadodara
From March-2010, I am working as a Shift Superintendent in Cracker/MEG plant

1.Day to day plant operation, monitoring plant performance and trouble shooting, Monitoring catalyst performance.
2.Preparation of production planning, Daily Hydrocarbon accounting, SAP
3.Daily maint. job planning, Work permits, Shut down and start up activities, Equipment change over, Catalyst Change over, Resource identification, dealing with external agencies
4.Preparation and review of plant SOPs, Emergency SOP and procedures & Training to plant personals
5.Identification of Energy conservation scope and execution of the same.
6.Plant safety monitoring, PSM activities,
7.Manpower handling, Preparation of shift schedules
8.Handling of chemicals like Naptha, Benzene, Butadiene, Ethylene Oxides, Ethylene, Oxygen, EDC, MEG,DEG,PEG, Caustic, HCL etc.
9.Site Leader for OMPro Implementation RIL-Vadodara site and successfully implemented OMPro in 17 plants.

B.Reliance Industries Ltd – Jamnagar
From July-2007 to March-2010 in JERP-Alkylation, Isomer Unit(42 KBPSD) and Sulphuric Acid Recovery Unit (1000 Mt/Day) and was involved in successful Eraction, Commissioning, startup of plant and Shift superintendent after start up.

1.Review of PFDs, P & IDs, Isometrics and preparation of Hydro testing loops
2.Eraction of Distillation columns, Isomer reactors, vessels, pumps, Alky-reactors, SAR Furnace, SAR reactor, exchangers, packed columns, piping, OWS and U/G drainage, fire water network
3.Preparation of flushing plans, piping loop checking with P&IDs and Isometrics, hydro testing,underground pipeline flushinf,flushing of Alkylation and Isomer plant piping .
4.Preparation of Acidizing loops and acidizing of Isomer plant
5.Inert entry for catalyst loading in Isomer Reactor, Catalyst loading in Methantor and Butane driers.
6.successful commissioning and startup of Isomer plant
7.Worked as a shift superintendent for alylation-Isomer after start up 8.Handling of chemicals like Propane, N-Butane, Iso Butane, Naptha, H2SO4, Caustic, H2S etc.
3.Birla Cellulosic- Kosamba
From March-2006 to June-2007 worked as Engineer(Process) with Birla Cellulosic Carbon Disulphide and other chemicals with continuous process as a post of Shift Area Incharge(Process).
