At present I am working as Process Utility Operator in Operation Department of Base Oil ( Lubricating Oil) from April 2010 to date.



Plant Specification
Dehydration column, Pre-flash column, Stripping Column, Fractional Distillation section, Evaporation section, Squeez sction, PLC based DCS Operation, Reactors, Heaters, Nitrogen Unit, Heat exchangers, Air compressors, cooling towers, Chillers, Centrifugal Pumps, Gear Pumps.
Responsibilities During Duty.
To maintain both physical and visual PLC and field operations process and log
book parameters.
To make hot and cold work permits as required and supervise required actions and coordinate with all related departments during normal and emergency maintenance.
To operate from PLC process area and smooth running of all related utilities, like nitrogen compressors, air compressors, cooling tower, chiller, thermal oil heaters, boilers.
To hanlde caustic loading and transferring, loading of base oil tankers and to manage all production tank yard area.
