Instantly, I am designated as Personnel Coordinator & Admin Executive, which links together jurisdiction of HRM and Administration and does includes responsibilities like Recruitment, Staffing, Mobilization, Nomination according to requirements and Site coordinatation of Manpower for both cadres Skilled Workforce and Field Management of middle levels and thereto the Mobilization process which briefly includes certain procedures for issuance of visa; and for the purposes mentioned herein above. , I am working with Descon Engineering Company situated in Abu Dhabi, UAE which deals with Construction and Maintenance discipline in Oil & Gas.
