Expertise on Project Construction Management; Project Controls & Services: Cost Engineering and Controls, Estimates, analysis Planning & Scheduling & Quantity take-off where both derived and pattern from the international principles of measurement and rules of credit from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), philosophy earned from the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering well verse on the Earned Value Management System.

Computer literate, with hands-on knowledge of Microsoft OFFICE particular in: Words, Excel, Power Point, Access. Planning & Scheduling software: Primavera P6 Project Management & Project Planner P3 V3.1/ 3e, MS Project, with thorough background in Project (Cost) Management software: SAP, CONVERO, Track 2000, Automated Craft Ledger System-(ACLS), Meselfa and Pert-Master (Risk Management).

International affiliation/ member of “The Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering International” (AACEI), and experienced with background in International Standards for ISO 9000 and ISO 9001 (Quality Management System).
