A total 15+ years of diversified experience in fields of Piping/Mechanical construction work in Oil & Gas, fabrication yard etc. I have experience of Fabrication/Erection of U.G./A.G Process Piping for plant site.

A total 15 years of diversified experience in fields of Piping/Mechanical construction work in Oil & Gas, fabrication yard etc. I have experience of Fabrication/Erection of U.G./A.G Process Piping for plant site, for offsite of processing, for deck or module inside fabrication workshop etc. experience of fabrication of pipe support, steel structural support, operational platform etc. experience of erection and alignment of static & rotary equipment inside Oil & Gas field & experience of fabrication of module and pressure vessel inside fabrication yard., I am holding Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Branch and have experience to worked on Piping material CS, LTCS, Alloy Steel – P5/P9/P11, SS line 304/308/316 L, 347 etc. I am having experience to construction work of both Green & Brown field in OIL & GAS, fabrication work shop to fabricate pressure vessel and Deck Platform piping & pipeline project etc. I have worked on 2 year’s brown field i.e. existing plant and remains in green plant.

 B-TECH (Degree) in Mechanical Engineering.
 Diploma in Fire & Safety Management.
 H.Sc from BIEC.
 Matriculation from Bihar Board.

 Certificate in Auto CAD.
 Certificate in Computer Applications.
 ASNT Level II in accordance with ASNT-TC-1A
 Level 2 Visual Testing in accordance with EN-473

Receive, review the Piping shop drawing, steel structural fabrication drawing, equipment vendor drawing etc and to be prepared Piping MTO, steel structural MTO, Project method statement etc to ensure that construction work fully confirm to applicable specifications, codes of practice, and standards and co-ordinate with client for final approval.
Maintained the highest quality standards while administering good construction safety practices with all on-site activities.
Ensured that all EPC Contractor and sub-contractors employees are adhering to the company Health, Safety, and Environmental excellence policy.

Calculation of piping welding inch dia., Field shop spooling and preparation of spool register to monitoring piping fabrication/erection activities.
