I am Mechanical Engineer working as a Rig mechanic in Oil and Gas Industries. I have 3 year of experience in this field.
Working in Cardwell 50-V Rig with following responsibilities:-

Carry out PM for all rig equipment as per such (RMS):-

Diesel engines >335 hp (make-cummins NT-855 P)
Mud Pumps > (make- Gardner denver)
Reciprocating pumps (mission all sizes as per rig standard)
Accumulator unit (Koomey)
BOP & its Valves (shaffer) 72/16” 5000 psi.
• Responsible for preventive maintenance activity – Draw works, allision, rotary table, DG sets by using hand tools and power tools.
• Maintenance & troubleshooting of Rig engine, Mud pump, diesel electric generators and motors & Accumulator unit.
• Ability to understand, troubleshoot & repair Hydraulic Systems & associated equipments like Hydraulic Winches, Hydraulic Hoists, Hydraulic Cylinders, Hydraulic Tongs, BOP & BOP Control Unit etc

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION:

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from K. L. Polytechnic Roorkee, with 69.09% (2009).

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION:
10th from C.B.S.E Board in 2004 with 56.2% marks.
12th from C.B.S.E Board in 2006 with 71% marks.

INDUSTRIAL TRAINING:

• One year apprentice training from TATA MOTORS LTD. Pantnagar, Rudrapur as a DET in Machine and Assembly shop in Maintenance Dept (Sep, 2009 - Sep, 2010)
• One week Mines vocation training from ONGC Vadodra.
