Working on AutoCAD, Inventor, Solid Edge, Solid Works, Pro-e for 2D-3D Modeling with Manufacturing detail drawings.

1) JVSENGINEERS.,(Design Engineer)(JUNE.2011 TO June.2013)
To make CNC M/c Fixtures for machining & Drilling.
To make 3D models & production drawings of Drilling equipment’s and manifold fittings as per ASME, API Standards etc., with Solid Edge-ST-5.
To make 3D models and production drawings of Gate valve, Choke valve, Globe valve, Mud Gate valve.
A new product design for valve test bunker.
To compile a standard library of DSAF, Weld Neck Flange with stage wise operation in solid edge.
Gate valve test bench.
Design of pneumatic actuator with manual over-ride, fail to close & fail to open position with standardization.
To develop valve thrust measuring unit.
To develop gate valve assembly fixture.

2) GALAXY SIVTEKPVT LTD.,(Ex. Mechanical Draughtsman.)(FEB. 2009 TO JUNE.2011)
To make GA drawings according to customer requirement.
To make detail engineering of Sheetmetal, casting, machined component.
Provide technical input related for part manufacturing to Shop floor and Vendor Support.
To make 3d model and detail engineering drawing for welding fixture, Drilling Jigs.
PROJECT DONE:
Done detail engineering for gunpowder mixing machine (Gyro Screen machine) of 30” in size.
Converting 2d drawing (From parent company Russel Finex UK) of Self Cleaning filter machine for liquid application into 3D (Inventor/Pro-E/Solid Edge) and generating 2d drawing of same with considering GD&T, Weld Detail, And Development of Sheet metal component.

3) RHINO MACHINES PVT.LTD.(Mechanical Draughtsman.) (March 2005 – Aug 2006)
To make 3D layout of Moulding plant as per customer requirement.
To make 3D modeling of various Sheetmetal component and Moldingmachine components as well as Sprue cutting, Structure, conveyor, Air tank, Dust collection system, Core, Drag, Pattern, etc.
To make 2d detail engineering drawing as well as assembly drawing for various component of machine.
4) BHAVSARSURVEY(Draughtsman)(MARCH 2002 TO FEB 2005)
Involved in the Design & Drafting of Surveying Drawings.
Importing data from survey instruments to computer.
Make drawing on reference of surveyed data those taken by field surveyor.
Making drawing type of Cross section, L-section, Topography, etc.
Generate points from soft copy of drawing given by client for Lineout work.
Export data from computer to survey instruments.
