 Assists in control of petty cash, cheques etc.
 Managing of internal duties and vendor relationships.
 Receipt of purchase orders and scheduling invoices for payment.
 Preparing payment to vendor spreadsheets and purchase order reports.
 Cash and stock counts.
 Preparing regional float report and retail shop cashbook.
 Collating and recording cheque payments and/or cash as received.
 Providing induction training to new Finance trainees and demonstrate own activities.
 Carrying out general administrative duties.
 Processing requisitions for stationery supplies and office equipment.
 Organization and upkeep of department journal logs and payment vouchers.
 Providing support for the processing of accounts payable and vouchers.
 Inputting financial data into accounting system.
 Occasionally working outside normal working hours to complete tasks and meet up with deadlines.
• Verification and collation of invoices from user departments
• Capturing of received invoices
• Keep track of documents to and from the bank
• Maintain a spreadsheet to keep track of major creditors payment
• Reconcile all creditors ledger on a regular basis
• Prepare creditors schedule on monthly basis
• Capturing Daily Sweep Autosweep,Bank Charges and Payments on loans/LEASES
