Mechanical technician with 20 years of experience

I would like to work in a multinational company(offshore/onshore)from oil and gas domain, to work in a company where I can continue to learn, take on additional responsibilities, and contribute as much of value as I can.

Title: Operator running thermo-energetic facilities / Mechanical technician
Responsibilities: I keep under control the natural gas boilers, I write down and I explain the functioning parameters, I try to maintain the parameters according to the consumers needs, I track down the damages found on the distributing pipe and I repair them, I fix equipments and machineries found in thermal points.
My duty is to seal the pipe section, to release the pressure and the fluid from the installation, to secure the coats against accidental manipulation and to mark the activity area limits. Then, I help fixing the breakdown, along with the team (the welder and the locksmith) designed to go with all the necessary equipment, to the place where they are needed.
I fix on the spot the breakdowns which show up at the rotating equipment (pumps) while I am at work, if possible, by: greasing the bearings, replacing the couplings, eliminating the leaky zones by packing them or by replacing the armatures, fixing the centering and tightening the screws which fasten the pumps, and if the breakdowns are major, I run the stand-by pump and I write down the hour when it started running, both in the shift report and the recovery book. If this happens during the day shift, I fix them according to a recovery plan approved by the head of the department.
I fix the pumps which were affected by winter by disassembling the pump, making some mechanical changes, replacing the eroded pieces, than I assemble the pump according to the mechanical drawing.
I repair the armatures which cannot close by: modifying the closing and sealing equipment, if possible; if the eroded area is a large one, I replace them with new ones, I use new screw-bolt equipment, I change the screws and the necessary pieces for a safety running.
I repair over-pressure valves, I pack gland the armatures found on the distribution pipes (slide valves and valves), I clean and wash the heat exchanger.
I attend when replacing the distribution pipes (physical eroded) to industrial and home consumers included in the repairing program.
I work in mixed-teams of mechanics and welders.
