2. Site visit & check equipment requirements physically, taking & noting technical data, which is then transferred to material requisitions.
3.Review of offers by vendors &manufactures, ensuring that the correct specifications & required standard are meet for equipment offered. Sometimes where equipment is obsolete, requirement would be to liaise with process division & engineering design & secure replacements that are both compatible & suitable to application, follow offers through to final order placement, with vendors technical comparisons are done.
