Inspection of materials and equipment on delivery to ensure conformity with specification.
Installation of 3X5.5MW Gas Turbines Generators and accessories.
Installation of 2 numbers Gas Compressors and accessories.
Installation of black start generators.
Installation and Flushing of Lube Oil coolers.
Design, Fabrication, Testing and Installation of diesel & gas fuel lines for the gas Turbines.
Sandblasting and Corrosion control for all process piping.
Acid pickling and passivation of vent gas, fire water, instrument air, diesel and gas fuel lines.
Insulation and cladding of Fuel gas lines.
Pre-commissioning check for gas turbines and accessories.
Fabrication, coating & Installation of diesel fuel offloading-skid.
Investigates Suppliers/Contractor's Equipment failures when they occur in conjunction with implementing Deficiency Reporting (DR) and Non-conformance Reporting (NCR) Procedures. To ensure all Equipment failures and problems are handled satisfactorily
