Mechanical Engineer with 3 Yrs experience in Power Plant Erection & Commissioning

-Handling project activities which work out various requirements with respect to utilities, machines, manpower & monitoring overall project operations for ensuring timely completion.
-Managing resources to perform project activities in cost effective manner.
Conduct regular Project review meetings to assess quality, schedule, safety etc and initiate corrective action if any.
-Prepare BOQ for construction budget estimation and coordinate with estimator for finalizing the budget.
- Prepare scope of work & supply for bidding and coordinate with contract department to finalize the sub contractor
-Preparation of weekly forecast, fortnight & monthly progress report.
-Co-ordination between client, Consultant and contractors.
-Erection of Boiler –( Structural , Pressure Part and Air &Flue Gas Ducts,) Pre-assembly, Erection & Alignment of Boiler supporting Structures, pressure parts systems like water circulation system, economizer system, super heater system, de-super heater system, Re-heater system.
-Erection and commissioning of power cycle piping (CRH, HRH, MS).
-Pre-assembly, Erection & commissioning of Boiler and TG LP Piping Systems(LDO line, Compressed air line ,Ignition system, dozing system, CCWP, OCWP, Sampling system ,condensate piping, sponge ball system ,GSC piping).
- Boiler Hydro test, Refractory Dry-out, Chemical Cleaning, and Steam blowing activities.
-Trail run of various component like Root blower, Pump, Fan, Dampers, Feeders, ESP & Ash handling system.
-Structure erection & alignment as per drawing & schedule.
-Maintaining records of the material received and dispatched to site.
-Raw material inspection, verifying test certificates and Transfer of heat number.
-Fabrication inspection of pressure parts, Structural columns, beams & ducts as per FQP requirements.
-Arranged the NDT activities such as RT, DPT, Pre heating and PWHT.
-Checked welding consumables, preheating in accordance to WPS and project requirement.
-Prepared dimensional report, Inspection report before offering for client inspection.
-Wrapping coating and holiday test.
-Maintaining quality as per FQP standard.
-Maintaining protocols for different jobs by jointly checking it with the client.
