• Involved in Loop Flushing activities like Cardboard blasting, Pigging, Air blowing and Steam blowing etc
• Standard line & vessel cleaning (air/steam blowing, water/oil flushing)

• Function test of non-safety relevant and non-complex instrumentation

• Test runs of critical pumps, such as high pressure boiler feed water pumps
• Test runs of compressors, turbines and expanders
• Start-up of utility systems
• Air operation of mole sieve dryers and related regeneration system, Air Inertization
• Test- and standby operation of entire process units, such as water scrubbing, process Steam; Boiler feed water and passivation cooling water lines.

 Assessment of work permits, verifying that all jobs are carried out with proper Job Hazard Analysis sheets, procedures, job packs, contingency plans and ensuring that everyone in work party understands the scope of work and job hazards, and the prevention/ controls/ mitigation measures for incidents/ accidents
 General Technical Trouble Shooting
 Ensuring that job site is safe, secure, clear and tidy prior to closing work permits for the day
 Ensuring that workforce carry out tool-box talk prior to commencing the job
 Responsible for Process, Off site, Utility

 Every day check offside area, flare area, flare ignition panel, main pipe rack, battery limit.
