Risk based inspection

 Performing RISK Based Inspection by reviewing engineering and historical data of oil and gas assets.
 Establish corrosion loops and identify the dominant damage mechanisms.
 Developing Inventory Groups from isolation locations.
 Establish the RISK levels for equipment and in-plant piping.
 Increase the safety of the plant by minimizing the RISK.
 Improve cost effectiveness of inspection resources.
 Identifying the damage mechanism as per material, service and operating condition following API 571.
 Evaluate the requirements for an increased T&I cycle.
 Provide recommendations and propose improvements to manage the risk to acceptable
 Identify areas of high consequence that could be used for plant modifications to reduce risk (risk mitigation).
