Kashagan, D-Island, Caterpillar Emergency Diesel Generator pre-comm. Commissioning and start up, Rolls Royce Turbine, mineral oil flushing, hydraulic system configuration, crank and start up. Liebherr pedestal cranes pre-commissioning and load test. Nuovo Pignone booster pump pre-commissioning and commissioning. Netherlock valves installation and setting. PSV calibrations as per RoK requirement. Vessels inspector. Commissioning and start up of Siemens Turbines. Commissioning of Utility network(Gross air leak test on Utility Nitrogen, Instrument Air, Service Water, Breathing Air), . Coordination of all the mechanical commissioning activities.
As a Lead Engineer my responsibilities are: Evaluate any HSE Risk, Review and comments of procedures, Coordinate commissioning vendors offshore, PL clarification, Handover process. Responsible for RoK documents (acts) issuing and acceptance by Rok Authorities, completion of check sheets, reports and redline drawing for the preparation of the handover dossiers to Operations. Participating to final walkdown for handover to Operations, including final meetings and signatures. Overseeing contractor’s commissioning activities, daily planning, meeting and reporting. Weekly and monthly progress reports, bar charts and skylines. Certified for RoK Lifting Equipment and appointed Agip KCO sole Responsible toward RoK for safe lifting operation and maintenance.
