A highly motivated and skilled individual with 6 experience in the field of piping engineering design, and drafting; worked in various piping projects in Oil & Gas industry. Executed engineering activities with respect to Concept, Front End Engineering Development, Technical Study, Detailed Design, in accordance with internationally recognized codes/standards such as ASME, ASTM, API, etc.; Very good exposure in stress analysis for piping systems of various equipment, and piping systems routing using PDMS.
some of my duties are :
• Preparation of flexibility analysis on Piping systems using Caesar II Software
• Preparation of Critical Line List
• Preparation of Pipe supports
• Review of Piping material class
• Lead Piping Systems and Layout Engineer (FYIP-PDMS)
• Presentation of 30%,60% and 90% model design reviews
• Preparation of layout drawings
• Assist in PDMS Administration
• PDMS modeling Design routing of inter-connection piping & equipment based on P&ID and As built drawings
• Carried out the pipe systems routing of the flow stations, CPF/CPP and finalization of pipe routing in accordance with international standard namely Dep, etc.
• Preparation of piping specification, valves datasheet, and design basis
• Structure, Pipe support and Cable tray modeling in PDMS.
• PDMS Extraction of 2D- GA Drawings for Piping, Equipment & Structures.
• PDMS Generation of piping isometric drawings and MTO
• Attend kick-off meeting, progress review, Hazop, and constructability review.
• Carried out site visit survey
• Provide information on weekly progress to the planning department
• Supervise junior engineers and designers
• Preparation of site visit report
• Meet with client
