 Manage team members input in projects delivery, presales activities, allocating adequate resources and ensuring professional excellence in quality, methodology and process

 Practice project management activities such as planning, risk management and resource management, support contracts

 Communicate with the client regarding project progress, resolve issues related to delivery of projects.
 Ensure proper project communication and coordination among team members.
 Provide work and resource estimates for proposed projects and presales activities.
 Expert in Object Oriented Analysis and Design.
 Experience in Software Architectural and Design patterns.
 Perform peer code reviews and provide feedback in coding standards.
 Experience in Mathematics and statistics (concepts and applications).
