I&C Engineer

I am a Mechatronics engineer and I hope to work on full-time position that will enable me to combine my skills in Systems Control, Electrical & Instrumentation, Programming, Design (Industrial Automation)

-Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) Engineer from October 2010 till Now, working for Jordan Abyad
Fertilizers and Chemical Company (JAFCCO):
Responsibilities:
-Implement preventive maintenance procedures of various Instruments and electrical equipments according to the plans issued by the maintenance planning section
-Implement predictive maintenance procedures.
-Supervise all equipments repair & services at the workshop and Field with minimum cost in an efficient and safe manner.
-Ensure that all maintenance and repair work carried out comply with manufacturer’s and international standard procedures.
-Assist in shut down activities and maintenance jobs.
-Involve in spares management for complete plant.
-Implementing any modifications of the existing equipment and Installation of new equipments as required.
-MOC (management of change) Issued.
-Holding training and refreshment sessions in the E&I fields for technicians.
-Control Valves (Pneumatic and Motorized) sizing, repairing, installation, and selection.
-Pressure Transmitters and Switches (Diaphragm seat and Bourdon).
-Flow Transmitters & Switches (MAG, VORTEX, DIFF. PREESUR, ROTAMATER) repairing.
-Level Transmitters & Switches (FLOAT, DIFF. PRESSURE, and RADAR, ULTRASONIC) repairing.
-Temp. Transmitter and Switches (RTD, THERMOCOUPLOE, THERMESTER, THERMOSTAT)
-Weigh Scale (Load Cells Scale).
-Speed Transmitters (Tachometer and Encoders)
-Analyzers (PH, Conductivity, Humidity, Concentration).
-ON/OFF Valves repairing.
-Packaging Machines Control System.
-VFD & Soft Starter installation, repairing, programming.
-MCC's Repairing and Installation.
-UPS Operation and Maintenance.
-Motors Testing.
-PLC (SIEMENS) Programming and Repairing.
-DCS Troubleshooting.
-Boiler Control System.
-Compressor Control Systems.
-Diesel Generators.
-Control Loop and Circuits Design and Reading.
-Automation System Repairing.
