Execute the inspection and quality control activities, collective the relevant objective proofs, ensuring the correct installation/Construction/Testing works carried out on Piping .

Ensure that inspection program is performing in accordance with the approved Quality Plan, ITP, Quality Procedure, and etc.
Responsible for reviewing the activities and quality of contractors in conjunction with their QA/QC representative
Verify Material Test Reports (MTR’s) for incoming materials are adequate and correct for the application. Ensure that incoming material is identified with appropriate ASTM/ASME specifications.
Responsible witnessing for welding Procedures, Qualifications, Inspections and ensuring welding consumables, Hardness surveys, PWHT, PMI verification, Bolt Torque, Line walk down inspection, Flushing and Hydro/Pneumatic test activities and Reinstatement Inspection of all Piping/ Vessels/Structural systems
Interpret and evaluate inspection and NDE data, time-temperature charts for heat treatment
Review of project Dossiers, design/fabrication drawings and perform fabrication shop/field inspection to ensure Conformance to specifications.
Independently inspect and monitor all repair and construction work to be certain it is being done per the plans and adheres to all specifications and codes required.
Manage the daily activities of outside inspection contractors during turnarounds and special activities
Provide technical support to production teams
Participate in the planning of temporary repairs and approve the execution of such repairs
Responsible for developing and maintaining an accurate record keeping system for all inspection files
May train and oversee the work of other Inspectors
Inspection of erection of vessels/Piping/pipeline/Structural's/Tanks etc
Monitoring and recording of TML values as part of Corrosion monitoring
