Present Working
Abhijeet Projects Ltd. as Assistant Manager Finance & Accounts since April 2011. This group is basically diversified group in Power, Steel, Ferro, Cement, Road & Infrastructure etc…I am working in 1320 MW Power project in Accounts Payable & Receivable Activity working on SAP Environment (ERP) –FICO Module R3.
Job Profile:
Bills verification & Processing of Reimbursement bills, vendor bills & EPC Bills.
Passing various rectification entries JV, and GLscrutiny
Collection & provision entries of EPC Company.
Reconciliation of Bank statement, Vendor & EPC Accounts.
Preparing monthly statement of TDS ,Service Tax & VAT.
Budget Monitoring, Allocation of Budget As per WBS.
Maintaining Cash Flow Statement.
Capitalization of Fixed Assets.
Service entry of EPC Bills.
Monitoring of Bank Guarantee (ABG and PBG.),& Retention money.
Monthly closing activity as GR/IR clearing, Stock & etc.
Preparation, generation & analysis of various Daily Basis & monthly MIS reports.
Liaise with Internal, Statutory Auditors.
