INCIDENT INVESTIGATIONS:I am an experienced certified Lead Incident Investigator. I recognize a need for in-depth incident investigation to identify system causes as per Operations Management System (OMS) requirements utilizing Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) techniques.
EMERGENCY RESPONSE & LIFESAVING APPLIANCES (LSAs):I am a certified Emergency Response Team Lead/Forward Control and supervised emergency response teams offshore for 3 years. I understand and able to demonstrate functional response leadership during site/office emergencies.

I am familiar with LSAs and emergency response equipment deployed at worksite, functionalities and inspection and maintenance regimes involved.
RISK MANAGEMENT & ASSURANCE:
Fully conversant with framework for risk assessment and mapping, and able to identify and define risks, assess them, as well as set up barriers and risk mitigation plans and monitor their effective implementation. My team currently provides H&S assurance over 5 top safety risks for BP Operations within the region.
PROCESS SAFETY:
