Mechanical maintenance engineer with 3yrs exp.

Seeking a Challenging job opportunity in a multinational petroleum company within engineering field where my technical experience and interpersonal skills would be employed and further enhanced.

 Responsible for the maintenance of compound chain drive system, Rotary Chain system, Rotary table, Draw works, Swivel,Hook,Blow out preventers, Mud Pumps, Mud centrifuges, Agitators, Diesel Engine, Air compressors, Centrifugal pumps & other drilling equipment etc.
 Maintenance of 3-way & 4-way valves, & other type valve such as ball, gate, butterfly, control and safety valves, X-mas tree (wellhead) valves.
 Shifting of Rig after completion off well installation of Pumps, Diesel Engine, Air compressor & connection of hydraulic & pneumatics systems.
 Planning of predictive preventive maintenance.
 Troubleshooting the problem.
 Prepare plans and specifications for the maintenance of mechanical systems of the rig.
 Supervises the execution of day to day preventive and corrective maintenance activities related to mechanical plant and equipment in assigned field,
 Planned Preventive and breakdown maintenance and repairs of all mechanical plant and equipment in assigned field.
 All jobs are checked to ensure that they are done according with all the safety precautions and requirements.

 Passed 10th in 2001 (UP Board) from Gorakhpur U.P.
 Passed 12th in 2003 (UP Board) from Gorakhpur U.P.
 B.Tech (Mechanical Engineering) in 2010 with aggregate 61.44 % marks, 1st division from C.E.S.T., Luck now, Affiliated to U.P.T.U Lucknow

 CAD: - Auto CAD (2D), Pro/E (3D), CATIA (3D).

 Completed 4 weeks vocational training on “Gear Box (Engine Deptt.)” from Scooter India Ltd. Luck now.
 Final year project entitled “Micro Hydroelectric Power Plant”
