I have twenty eight (28) years of construction industry experience in Project & Construction Management and Design Management both in INDIA and internationally. Born in 1962, I am an Indian national residing in KUWAIT.

I am a Hands-On construction professional with a focus on corporate culture and with extensive direct involvement over the years in the decision making at various management levels. With high expectations from other team members, I possess good communication and governing skills and I am a good decision maker.
Having the ability to manage systems and processes combined with excellent people skills, I have gained extensive management and organisational qualities in an ascending professional development path. Over the years, I developed strong analytical and negotiation skills that allow me to analyse opportunities, weather related to contract negotiations, budgets constrains and improved efficiencies or time and technical limitations. I have a successful track record of completing projects on time and on budget with significant attention to ensuring highest standards are met and maintained.

Project Management: Finalising requirements and specifications in consultation with collaborators / promoters. Anchoring on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters and effective resource utilization to maximize the output. Participating in project review meetings for evaluating project progress providing technical inputs to construction methodology.

Co-ordination: Liaisoning with consultants on determining technical and contractual matters. Relationship management with the employer for project related issues.

Contract Administration & Management: Evaluating & executing contracting works. Co-ordinating among consultants, contractors and clients.

Site & Construction Management/Resource Planning: Supervising all construction activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction & coordination with site management activities. Mentoring a team of engineers for various types of job and resolving bottlenecks. Preparing and reviewing Method Statements and Work Specific Quality Control Plans. Ensuring that equipment/materials received are in accordance with the quantity & quality.
