In hand, 7 years experience in the field of welding, NDT, along with the QA/QC/Inspection department. Inspection of Power Plant Heavy Structures, Pre-Engineered structures, Testing of Raw Materials NDT Inspection and verification.

• Working as a Welding Inspector and site in charge, in Axis Inspection Solutions. From March 2008 to Till Date.

• Worked as a NDT Technician, in QIS (quality NDT inspection services) From August 2006 to February, 2008.
• Participated in shutdowns as Welding inspector.
• Review Material receiving reports / data sheets / Materials test certificates.
• Materials receiving inspection, Fit up checking, welding Inspection of NDT.
• Preparing welding qualification test for welders.
• Preparation of welding procedures and Method of Fabrication.
• Organize and witness Welders qualifications tests as per the requirement of ASME Section IX.
• Verify and approve QA/QC Inspection documents, NDT Reports Monitor Inspection activities.
• To carryout Inspection before, during and after welding.
• To carry out Inspection Processes as per welding Procedures.
• To carry out the documentation part for all Inspection with the results and remarks.
• Preparation and maintenance of QC Documentations, coordinating to all type NDE activities of welding witnessing.
Radiography site in Charge
• To plan the execution of the job in accordance with the safe handling procedures of AERB.
• To ensure that given job has completed as per given procedure.
• Preparing of radiography test plan.
• Interpretation of Radiography Films.
Non-Destructive Examination
• Carried out M.P.I and P.T for various finished and semi finished welds.
• Carried out Radiography for various piping jobs in different methods.
• Carried out Ultrasonic Test for welded joints of pipelines with different thicknesses.
• Thickness gauging of Pipe lines.
• Ultrasonic weld scanning of pipe lines & plates, structures and Radiography Testing of pipelines.
• Report preparation for radiography testing, ultrasonic testing, penetrate testing, magnetic testing.

• Interpretation of results.
• Knowledge of ASME Codes like ASME Sec-V & VIII.
