Specific responsibilities
•Co-ordination of establishment, implementation and maintenance of QMS & EMS.

•Tracking of improvements and weaknesses of the QMS & EMS performance and any need for improvements

•Ensuring the promotion of awareness of customer requirements in coordination with all the functions.
•Liaison with certification bodies for QMS & EMS external audits

•Organizing internal audits and Management reviews

•Organizing QMS & EMS specific training to the employees

•Supervising the routine Analysis of raw materials in process & final products as per ASTM & ISI Standards. Reporting to DGM.

•Preparation of monthly reports with SQC & Analyzing the improvements weakness & gives the suggestion to GM for process & quality improvements.

•Attending Customer complaints & solving the customer related problems.

•Preparation of Quality control annual budget & controlling as per budget.
