* Field operations activities:

 Wells and Petroleum Engineering Activities
1. Beam pumping system:
a- Surface unit:
• Working with different types of surface unit and manufactured companies.
• Complete rig up and rig down for surface unit.
• Preventive maintenance for surface unit and schedule the maintenance.
• Daily visual check up for beam pumping unit operations.
• Beam pumping system optimization and calculations for surface unit (type, sheave size, stroke length and pump size & other parameters).
• Performing dynamometer card by load cell, analysis the card and solve the pump problem as (fluid pound, gas pound, gas lock, and others).
• Performing balance for UN balanced surface unit.
• Trouble shooting and changing the parameters of surface unit to match with producing formation.
b- Sucker rod string:
• Sucker rod string design (regular and tapered) by calculation or programs.
• Working with different types and grades of sucker rod.
• Sucker rod handling, trouble shooting and installation.
• Investigation many problem encountered sucker rod string (rod parted, unscrew, eroded, elongation, stuck, bad handling and others).

c- Down hole pump:
• Collection and installation for down hole pump parts.
• Testing the down hole pump before run in hole.
• Troubleshooting all surface and down hole pump problems.
• Monitoring down hole pump and surface unit by using SAM and TELEMITRY
