Senior Project Engineer
• Engineering construction (US$2.5bn) of a major CDS & RDS production facility at Abu Dhabi.
• Managed the FEED deliverables and key contribution to FEED verification.
• Conducted analysis of all project documentation, prepared the Project Execution Plan including adoption of the correct construction philosophy.
• Key role within contractor and vendor appointment through tendering. Approval, on-boarding, audit and contract management, including management of work-packages FAT/SAT and acceptance.
• Managed project works and resource planning, and execution strategy throughout design, procurement and construction, in accordance with project objectives and KPI for scope, technical specification, schedule, quality and HSE.
• Led project engineering, procurement, expediting and quality teams for engineering and procurement of piping, pipeline and package materials, an on-site supervision.
• Participated on design reviews such as HAZOP/SIL/ Model reviews, support constructability review including the close out actions are completed by all parties.
• Technical support of on-site execution through construction, commissioning, start-up, handover phases and close-out, including leading of technical investigations and reviews.

• Identified impacts upon program delivery; developed and initiated corrective actions.
• Ensured and managed Risk Management activities for robust project control.
• Interpretation of P&ID’s, GA & ISO’s of piping, structural drawings, SIMOPS, prepared test packs & punch list.
• Deputed at Brownfield to attend and resolve the pre-commissioning, commissioning, start up, plant war¬ranty issues during plant start-up and stabilization.
• Work with site and shop supervision to identify and implement hands on training courses such as HSEE trainings, GRE fit-up, flange management, inspections, welder trainings etc., using subject matter experts on site wherever required.
• Carried minor modifications in operational plant.
• Implement construction Quality Control, design document distributions, field design change control, material control, control of calibrated test/measure tools.
