I possess practical leadership skills with experience from managing a team of six (6) students to successfully complete a simulation on running an oil company at Coventry University, London. In that exercise, I had to know the strengths and weaknesses of every member of my team to effectively delegate and follow up on tasks to meet the set target and deadlines. It was due to prior circumstances of winning the marketing debate, while leading a team of four (4) students, that I was appointed to lead the simulation. These series of events presents me as an effective team player.
Effective communication with regard to presentation skills and literacy in Microsoft office, Database, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access enabled me to effectively win the trust of my team members as I was able to clearly put across ideas during simulations and presentations.
