Plant Supervisor
Work as an Area Supervisor for RFCC complex including Residue Fluidised Catalytic Cracking Unit (RFCCU) (Axens), LPG Treating Unit (LTU) (Merichem), Naphtha Treating Unit (NTU) (Merichem) and Propylene Recovery Unit (PRU).
Closely and continuously supervise, monitor and instruct appropriate actions to maintain the maximum possible daily production rates to meet company targets and obligations to Refinery as well as to keep operating parameters in designed ranges.
Perform training for operators in the Area.
Prepare written start-up, shut down, de-pressurizing and isolation procedures in the form of instructions, check lists and drawings as necessary to make facilities/equipment safe for maintenance, modification, turn around and inspection.
Prepare T&I work lists for the Maintenance and Projects Construction Groups so that the required jobs may be planned and materials ordered prior to start of T&I
Together with O&M contractors trouble shoot various problems experienced at different sections of the plant.
Handle any abnormal event, incident, accident, etc. in a timely fashion to avoid injuries or dangerous occurrences
