• Plan work in line with sales/customer service department and all other.
• Quality control -being pro-active and overseeing staff working and making sure they know exactly what they are doing and if they don't, to train them
• Implementing World Class Manufacturing tools.
• Production planning and control.

Roles:
• Perform routine maintenance; and Undertake emergency repairs effectively and efficiently to minimize time lost due to unanticipated equipment outages during production activities.
• Maintenance and installation of refrigeration units for cold rooms and freezer rooms.
• Attending to machine breakdowns.
• Working on the fabrication of different machine components.
• Controlling maintenance tools, stores and equipment.
