Instrumentation Design Engineer and Project management

I have a professional work experience of more than 3 years, Instrumentation Design & Detail Engineering and installation, commissioning and Configuration of the field instruments and also involved in SAT and FAT.

Currently, working for a 3-tier SCADA system being implemented by ABB at more than 180 ONGC installations spread across India (onshore as well as offshore).
• Leading a team of 4 people for the installation and commissioning of ABB RTU (AC800f controller), field wiring at various onshore installations (Like GGS, CTF, ETP, EPS, GCP, GCS etc.) and unmanned platforms as per the cable schedule.
• Installation - commissioning of SCADA system (ABB SCADA Vantage).
• Software configurations for the RTUs and other applications in SCADA viz. Well Test, AGA calculations, Tank gauging, Field mass balancing for liquid and gas.
• Impart training to customer on HMI handling and basic maintenance of RTU and SCADA system components. Exceptional knowledge in engineering, installation, commissioning, prototype testing and implementing control systems for industrial applications using ,PLC, DCS, SCADA, based systems; Good working knowledge of P&ID drawings, control loop/process flow/hookup drawings and cable engineering.
